Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey or Vegan Crumbles*
- 1/2 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Medium Red Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 4-6 Medium Multi-Grain Hamburger Buns
- Optional Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Optional Mixture of Chopped Lettuce, Cabbage and Grated Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey or Vegan Crumbles*
- 1/2 Medium Green Pepper, chopped

Directions
- Brown turkey in skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Break meat up until it is no longer pink. Place the cooked meat in a colander with smaller holes and continue to break meat down so the pieces are small.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook onions and peppers until tender.
- In large bowl - combine meat, onions and peppers, BBQ sauce and cayenne pepper and mix well.
- Top bottom half of bun with turkey mixture and add cheese and lettuce mixture, if desired.
