Pumpkin Latte

Nothing says fall like the taste of pumpkin.  Try this healthy version of this popular latte.

Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients:
1 cup
Milk (I use Almond Milk – unsweetened vanilla)
½ – 1 teaspoon
Pure Vanilla Extract
1 /4 teaspoon
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 pkg
1 cup 
1 dollop
Stevia (An herb that has a sweetening property) or sweetener, to taste
Strong Coffee
Whipped Cream, optional
Directions:
  1. Place first four ingredients into microwavable measuring cup or bowl and wisk together.  Microwave for 30 seconds; whisk again and  heat for another 30 seconds.
  2. Prepare coffee – use 2 Tbsp to 8 oz of water .  Combine the measuring cup contents and coffee and pour into cup.  Garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on top.
