These delicious frozen treats are packed with protein because the foundation of the recipe is Greek yogurt. Use a good-quality yogurt (i.e. Fage) and make a healthier version of dip n’ dots.
Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
1 6 oz container of 2% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Fruit spread, any flavor
1 pkg. Stevia or sweetener of your choice
1/2-1tsp. Almond or Vanilla extract
Directions
Blend all items together until smooth in a bowl. Using either a pastry bag with a tip or a Ziploc bag fill with contents of bowl. If using a Ziplock bag cut a small hole in one corner. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (do not skip this – the removal will be much easier). Squeeze bag to form treats onto paper-lined pan. Sprinkles can be used on top. Place in the freezer for at least an hour. Remove from sheet and store in freezer bag or container in freezer.
