Green Apple Protein Smoothie

This recipe doesn’t get its name because it uses green apples – no the green in this drink comes from spinach.

Green Apple Protein Smoothie


Ingredients:
1-1/12 cups      Unsweetened almond milk or your choice of milk
1 Serving          Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2                     Frozen Banana
1/2 cup              Applesauce, Unsweetened
1/2 cup              Fresh Spinach 
2-3                     Ice cubes

Directions:
Place ingredients into blender and enjoy 🙂
