Ingredients
- 2 tsp Canola Oil
- 1 pound Chicken, skinless and boneless, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 oz Almonds, slivered
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1-1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh and chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, divided in half
- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage or 2 cups hot cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a 10-inch heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add almonds and crushed pepper.
- Cook and stir 3 minutes more or until chicken is just cooked through.
- Add tamari or soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.
- Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cilantro.
- Serve over cabbage or rice.
