Day 27 May Blog Challenge-Heartstrings

Today’s May Blog Challenge is:

Day 27, Monday: A letter to your readers

Purple Flower

Dear Reader,

I’m not sure if I will adequately express in this letter what your clicks, views and especially your comments mean to me but I am going to try by creating a list:

1.  I hope you occasionally find something on my site that inspires you because I know your time is precious and I don’t take for granted that you stopped in for a visit.

2. Deliciously Inspired gives me a place to put what I know and what I’m learning.

3.  If you follow me on Facebook and see posts encouraging nutrition and exercise, please know that I struggle also and I don’t post to brag but for my accountability on my own journey.

4.  You are important to me.  I try my best if you ask a question on a recipe, etc. to respond with the best knowledge I have.

5.  Posting posts, taking and loading pictures, giveaways – all things blog are new to me and I appreciate your patience with things not always being perfect.

6.  This blog is a dream.  You have dreams that have built in you also.  Be patient but search for what brings you joy and keep learning – then trust God with that dream.

Future Dreams for Deliciously Inspired

1.  I hope to soon have my first small cookbook to purchase as an ebook.  This will not change the recipes that are on the blog.  I like the way a blog allows me to share recipes, crafts, etc free of charge in individual posts but I also know that there are times I prefer to have something tangible in my hands to work from.

2.  I hope to someday place the content of a class I wrote years ago when I was teaching a Mentoring class  at Grace Community Church in Tempe, AZ which brought older women together with younger women as we discussed being a woman, wife and mother.

3. I am involved with Children’s Cancer Network and am working on a project for them which will include some of my recipes as well as provide a category of recipes for them on the Deliciously Inspired blog.
