Easy Vinegarette Dressing

Changing up the vinegar will give different dressings.
Prep Time

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp sugar or stevia
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix ingredients well.
- (I like to use a mason jar with a lid so I can shake the ingredients together)
Notes
- This dressing will need to be left out for a few minutes before using if it has been stored in the refrigerator.

I can’t wait to try these out. I get pretty creative with salads, but not so much with the dressings. Everything with garlic and mustard is good, right? 😉
