A collection of good dressing recipes keeps salads from getting boring.  This vinaigrette has a light citrus flavor from the tang of the lemon to the sweetness of the orange.

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup olive oil
  2. 1/3 cup canola oil
  3. 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  4. 1/2 orange, squeezed
  5. 1/4 lemon, squeezed
  6. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  8. 1/2 tsp sugar or stevia
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix well.
Notes
  1. I like to use a mason jar to put the ingredients in and then shake until all mixed together.
