Yogurt Parfait with Oat Groats

This is my breakfast this morning and I thought I’d share it with you.  It’s subtle in looks but big on taste and texture.

Yogurt Parfait with Oat Groats

Oat groats are oat kernels with the hull removed.  They can be served warm or cold.  They have chewy consistency and work well as a cereal or even in a salad.

    • Hi Pam – I just became familiar with them a few years ago. I really like the chewy texture. One of my favorite scriptures also.
