- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1/4 banana
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
