It’s the middle of September and still H. O. T. here in Arizona. I’m always looking for new ways to drink more water. This one has the fun of bubbles, a taste of cola and coconut plus the freshness of lime.

Let’s be intentional with our water intake – we might just feel a whole lot better.

Debbie…I bet that is a very refreshing beverage.
Do you know the ratio of water we’re supposed to drink to body weight. I was going to tell someone today and I cannot remember. Must be I need to drink more water! 😉
Blessings!
Hi Diane- Thanks for stopping by. A good rule of thumb is to drink 1/2 of your weight. For instance a woman who is 150 should try to drink 75 ounces of water a day – herbal teas count. Note: Coffee can dehydrate the body so coffee drinkers should try drinking 2 cups of water for every cup of coffee.
Mmm lime and coconut. Just reading this made me thirsty for a refreshing drink. 🙂
Hi Kate – I agree – anything with coconut and lime has a good head start at being tasty. Let me know if you get a chance to try – a coconut stevia would be good instead of the cola to give it an extra coconut boost. Have a great day.
