Peaches, spinach and chia - yum
Ingredients
- 1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Serving of Protein Powder
- Sprinkling of Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp of Chia Seed
- 1 Tbsp of Ground Flax Seed
- 1 cup of frozen peaches
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend together and enjoy.
Notes
- Chia will act as a thickening aid - so have a spoon available just in case.
