Ginger Peach Protein Smoothie

A smoothie with protein and added health benefit value of fresh ginger.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or water
- 3/4 cup of frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup of sliced frozen banana
- 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I use Shakeology)
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend all together. Sprinkle with cinnamon and Enjoy.
Notes
- A tsp of organic coconut oil can also be added.

Debbie, you “hit it out of the park” on this smoothie! So delicious! My two daughters are training for a half-marathon and I made them both one when they returned from their early morning run this morning and they loved it!
