- 1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Serving of Protein Powder
- Sprinkling of Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp of Chia Seed
- 1 Tbsp of Ground Flax Seed
- 1 cup of frozen peaches
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 4-5 ice cubes
