One day I was longing for the combination of chocolate and coconut and came up with this beauty.
- 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1/4 tsp pure coconut extract
- 1 Tbsp of cocoa nibs or chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp of sweetened coconut
- Ice if needed to thicken
- 1 Tbsp of vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder
- Blend first 3 ingredients together.
- Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients and Blend.
- Add ice to mixture and blend until desired consistency.
