A healthy snack that is appealing to both children and adults. Think of it as a healthy cupcake except the apple is the cake. The frosting is the nut butter and of course we can still decorate.
Stuffed Apples

A healthy alternative to a cupcake but just as much fun to decorate
Ingredients
- Organic Apples
- Almond, Hazelnut or Peanut Butter
A Combo of as many of the following desired toppings
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Shredded Coconuts
- Sunflower Seeds
- Chopped Nuts
- Candy Sprinkles
- Sliced Strawberries
Instructions
- Wash apples, slice in half and remove core by cutting so that a ditch is created.
- Place a layer of nut butter onto apple.
- Decorate as desired with remaining topping ingredients.
Notes
- Note - Using a sealed plastic rectangle container to store all topping ingredients will make future apple adventures much easier.
