Peach Smoothie

Leftover coconut milk, the first fresh peaches of the season, banana and a little fresh mint got me pretty excited when I was creating this one.  It has a smooth texture and the mild flavors blend so lovely together.  Fresh peaches not in season – use frozen – just cut back on the ice.

Peach Melba Protein Smoothie

One of my tongue’s fondest memories is the first time it tasted a peach melba sauce.  The pairing of peaches and raspberries is a marriage made in heaven.  These flavors also work well together in a smoothie.
