Recently I was in our local Sprouts Store and spotted a gluten free bread brand I wasn’t familiar with. I purchased a package of their hamburger buns for our dinner that night. Most brands of gluten free hamburger buns fall apart and they are too much bread for my taste. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these tasted great, held their shape and had just the right amount of bread. We used two and placed the other 2 in the freezer.
